As a full-time Client Services Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to the company's growing client base. Additionally, you will provide essential support as a Personal Assistant to the Director, with diary and email management and administrative tasks. Working closely with the Director and Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Director's diary and providing Personal Assistant support.
- Managing client meetings, from scheduling to document preparation and post-meeting tasks.
- Building strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Supporting the development of their Virtual Family Office offering.
- Embodying the philosophy of Wealth Activism when interacting with clients.
- Data entry into the CRM.
- Researching new client opportunities.
- Maintaining the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) register.
- Assisting in day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Two or more years of Client Services and office management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client-focused abilities.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking capabilities.
- Solid numerical and computer literacy, especially with the Microsoft Office suite.
- The aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- The ability to maintain company information confidentiality.
- Experience in developing internal systems.
