Job Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Metro Heating & Cooling. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and involves a mix of administrative, clerical, and project-based tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organising company events and meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- must be willing to grow, learn and be stretched.
