Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director across various business ventures and personal matters. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective management of diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with High-Level Management: Act as a liaison between the Director and high-level management within the air conditioning businesses, facilitating communication and coordination as needed.
Accommodation Bookings Management: Utilize the Guesty platform to assist with the management of Airbnb and bookings.com reservations for our short-term accommodation properties, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Online Business Support: Aid in the operation of our online business by facilitating the onboarding process for additional contractors and staff, as well as liaising with offshore personnel in the Philippines. This may include task delegation, communication management, and workflow coordination.
Email Correspondence: Provide efficient email support by managing and responding to emails in a timely manner, prioritizing messages and flagging important correspondence for the Director's attention.
Personal Task Organization: Assist in organizing and managing the Director's personal tasks, including but not limited to appointments, errands, and administrative duties, to optimize time management and productivity.
Travel Arrangements: Take responsibility for booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for both business and personal travel, ensuring cost-effectiveness and logistical efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and diverse business environment.
- Proficient in using digital platforms and tools for accommodation bookings (e.g., Guesty), online business operations, and email management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Proven reliability, trustworthiness, and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
Additional Information:
- This position offers the flexibility of working from home, with occasional in-person meetings in Brisbane City for discussions and planning sessions with the Director.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader, contributing to the success and growth of Multiple Businesses.
