As the Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly for the Director and GM. Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director and General Manager in their day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Director with Personal Matters: Handling personal appointments and tasks on behalf of the Director.
- Diary Management: Efficiently managing the schedules of the Director and General Manager, ensuring appointments and meetings are well-organised.
- General Manager Assistance: Providing support to theGeneral Manager as needed, including handling administrative tasks and assisting with projects.
- Office Management: Overseeing general office operations to maintain a smooth and organised work environment.
- Staff Meeting Management: Managing agenda items and taking minutes during the weekly staff meeting and ensuring tasks and or announcements are drafted and assigned to the appropriate employee or department.
- Customer Service Assistance: Providing customer service when required, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Phone Management: Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Product Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records for products to ensure a seamless shipping process.
- Liaising with Australia Post and other postal services as required: Establishing and maintaining effective communication and relationships with suppliers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (sheets and docs)
- Proficiency in Asana, Slack, Shopify and Reamaze are highly desirable, but not a requirement as training can be provided to the ideal candidate
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
