Where you will be working…This is an exciting opportunity to join a shopping center group with a portfolio across Brisbane, based in the head office in the Southern suburbs. If you are an experienced PA who thrives on working in a fast-paced professional environment as well as coordinating the day-to-day office tasks, this is the perfect role for you! What you will be doing…In this role, you will support two dynamic General Managers and coordinate the daily running of the office.
This diverse role includes tasks such as; but not limited to:

• Calendar management, organise and schedule appointments
• Management support to both General Managers
• Building exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Creating agendas for meetings and following up on action items to ensure completion within the required timeframes.
• General administration

Do you have what it takes... To succeed in this role you will have:

• 2-3 years PA experience.

• Most importantly have the ability to manage your own workload.
