Where you will be working…This is an exciting opportunity to join a shopping center group with a portfolio across Brisbane, based in the head office in the Southern suburbs. If you are an experienced PA who thrives on working in a fast-paced professional environment as well as coordinating the day-to-day office tasks, this is the perfect role for you! Great culture + supportive team!What you will be doing…In this role, you will support two dynamic General Managers and coordinate the daily running of the office.
This diverse role includes tasks such as; but not limited to:
- Calendar management, organise and schedule appointments
- Management support to both General Managers
- Building exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creating agendas for meetings and following up on action items to ensure completion within the required timeframes.
- General administration

Do you have what it takes... To succeed in this role you will have:
- 2-3 years PA experience.
