Personal Banker
Suncorp Group is looking for a motivated Personal Banker to provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers. Join our team at our Carindale branch on a permanent full-time basis.
Our Personal Bankers provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers within our customer channel at Suncorp. In this role, you will interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customer’s best interests at heart.
What you’ll do
- Interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customers best interests at heart.
- Provide brilliant interactions to help build the futures & protect what matters for our customers, both through digital and telephony channels.
- Resolve customers queries first time so that they don’t need to contact us again for the same purpose regardless of the channel where you are interacting with the customer.
- Make the right decisions & do the right thing for our customers in accordance with process, procedures & risk appetite.
- Contribute to growth in the bank, across both lending and deposit portfolio’s as well as through effective insurance interactions for customers.
What you’ll bring

- Planning and organising skills – establishing a process to complete goals (either personal or for others) and allocating appropriate resources to achieve such goals.
