As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a fulltime position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will be based at the Earlville but may also be required to work at any branch within the Cairns region as required.
About You
- Demonstrated sales experience and cash handling experience
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
