We now have an opportunity for a Trainee Personal Banking Consultant to join the friendly team in the Aitkenvale Branch.
As a Trainee Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week. You will be based in our Aitkenvale Branch and support our Townsville region.
About You
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Higher School Certificate or similar qualification
- FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (within 5 years) (or the willingness to undertake it)
- Experience in a similar retail and customer service position (desirable)
- Previous cash handling experience (desirable)
- Proven sales experience (desirable)
- Complete an appropriate Certificate as part of the traineeship and any additional training relevant to the position and future promotion within Queensland Country Bank.
