About the RoleWe are looking for a
Personal Banking Team Leader to join our friendly team in our
Townsville City branch. This is great opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in the finance industry.As the
Personal Banking Team Leader, you will be responsible for successfully coordinating the day-to-day operations of the retail branch by delivering exceptional front line service. You will also assist the Local Manager by providing a high-quality lending experience to existing and new members within the Townsville region by delivering them with appropriate products and services.This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week.
About You- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and supervisory experience
- Effective sales skills
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Ability to positively adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school certificate or similar qualification
- FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (within 5 years) (or willingness to undertake it)
- Financial industry and lending experience (desired)
