As a Personal Care Assistant you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Arundel.
Arundel - nestled amongst parklands and only minutes to the beach located on the Gold Coast. It is neighboured by Biggera Waters, which is located directly across the Broadwater from the famous Gold Coast Spit. Our 50 bed facility is only 8km away from Southport, the central business district of the Gold Coast and one of the city's largest communities.

Things that work for us:
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential
- Experience in an aged care environment
- Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation
- Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
