We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Hocart Lodge Aged Care Home in Harvey; on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities. You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
Now... before our staff and residents at Hocart Lodge Aged Care Home get to experience your brilliance, we need to ensure you possess:
- Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination, and
- full working rights in Australia.
