Nurse Next Door is a certified Great Place to Work. We are looking to build our new care team with a variety of experienced caregivers who are able to work on a casual basis from 10 to 38 hours per week and are able to transport clients. Client visits start at a minimum of 2 hours with most requiring morning, afternoon or evening support.

Working Hours
We are seeking caregivers available early mornings and/or evenings Monday to Friday.
We do not have any weekend vacancies at the moment.
Responsibilities of the RoleMaking Lives Better® by:
- Make it your mission to make a difference in the lives of those around you
- Provide a premium care experience for our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised.
- Assist clients with daily living including Personal Care, meal preparation, light houskeeping, transport and companionship
- Transport clients to appointments and social events
- Deliver care in accordance with the clients care plan that has been delivered by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)Complete documentation accurately and thoughtfully.
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the client's multidisciplinary team.

- Previous community care experience an asset
- Ability to transport clients in your clean, insured motor vehicle
- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, Disability or Equivalent
- Current ACT Working With Vulnerable People Card
- Australian drivers licence as you will be required to transport clients
- Ability to travel to your clients' locations around Canberra and surrounding areas.

- National Police Check (Vulnerable Persons Unsupervised)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- Up to date CPR & First Aid Certificate
- Up to date Covid-19 Vaccination
