Things that work for us: Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential. Experience in an aged care environment. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available - flexibility is essential Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation. Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities. High level of customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to follow directives as per care plan. Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities. Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19. National Police Certificate. NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
