Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III in Aged care or
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Aged care
- Medication training certificate is an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to work independently, strive for excellence in resident care and promote an environment of harmony and trust with team and residents
- Provide a professional, courteous, and sensitive clinical services to all residents
- Coordinate with Registered Nurse and clinical team for note taking and documentation of resident
- Assist and support residents for their care needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team
