About the role
The position of Personal Care Worker is part of an integrated team of people working within an established and agreed framework supporting the resident with daily living activities. The Personal Care Worker role is instrumental to ensuring that we are providing high quality care to our residents at all times, by delivering care that meets the individual needs and goals of our residents.
St Pauls Retirement community provides care to 40 Residents. We are located in Cundletown with amazing River Views!
Your main duties will include:
- Providing exceptional care services to the residents of this home.
- Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to deliver those exceptional services.
- Ensure Residents care needs are met in line with their personal choices
About you
- Certificate Level III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Effective interpersonal communication; both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in aged care, health care or hospitality (Desirable)
