The Role: We are seeking passionate Personal Care Workers on a Permanent Part-time basis to join our 88-bed facility in Kempsey, NSW. Flexibility is ideal, enabling us to provide 24/7 support to residents.

The Location: Kempsey, New South Wales, is a charming town on the Mid North Coast, known for its scenic beauty along the Macleay River. With a welcoming community, historical sites, and a mix of outdoor activities, Kempsey offers an ideal blend of history and natural beauty. Conveniently located between Sydney and Brisbane, it's a perfect spot along the East Coast of Australia.

What You Will Do: As a Personal Care Worker at Vincent Court, your responsibilities include ensuring a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach, providing personalized care, completing thorough documentation, and contributing to a collaborative team approach.

What You Will Bring:

• Hold a minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in the same).
• Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
• Hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain).
• Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
