The ideal Personal Care Worker for Elderly Care prides themselves on their professionalism and willingness to help and support our Residents, without hesitation. They are empathetic and kind and understand their role is to allow our Residents to live their best lives, whilst in our care.
Our Personal Care Workers understand the importance of clinical procedures and compliance within the workplace, as this works to ensure our Residents are kept safe and healthy. They live and breathe person-centered care and respect the Resident’s personalities and individual differences.
Personal Care Workers will work across varied shifts, which include morning, afternoon, and night for Casual and Permanent part-time positions.

A satisfactory Police Clearance Certificate is required according to the Aged Care Act 1997. Our aged care residences are non-smoking workplaces. Elderly Care does not consider applications received through, or from, recruiters.
