YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY role, being the right hand to an outstanding SPECIAL COUNSEL, you will enjoy the challenge+ satisfaction assisting in achieving justice for plaintiff clients focusing mainly on institutional abuse plus CTP/motor vehicle accidents in non-NSW jurisdictions (WA,SA,Qld).
You will be actively involved in case management of very interesting legal cases (including high-end litigation).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are a 'career' legal assistant/paralegal OR law student OR recent law graduate;
- have 18 months + (or more) plaintiff Personal Injury Law experience including minimum 1 year in institutional/child sex abuse (essential) and preferably (NOT essential-employer will train) in CTP/motor accidents (in NSW and/or any other States);
- have a solid understanding of practice/procedures involved in an institutional abuse claim;
- have proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines;
- have outstanding communication/people skills, are emotionally intelligent and adaptable (not rigid and set in your own ways);
- are hungry to further advance your career long-term in PERSONAL INJURY LAW with a fast-growing national plaintiff firm that invests in their staff long-term.
