About the role:- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the personal injuries team.
- Manage and organize legal documents, including drafting, proofreading, and formatting.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for legal professionals.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Maintain and update case files and databases.
- Assist with the preparation of court documents and correspondence.
- Support the team with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
The ideal candidate:- Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a personal injuries team.
- Proficiency in legal terminology and document preparation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
