We are a Personal Training Studio on the Northern Beaches since 2005 who are the best in the business at Small Group Personal Training. Our groups have a maximum of 8 per group which keeps the sessions small & very personal. We offer a variety of sessions, such as Fit Strength, Boxing Fitness, Stretch & Mobility, and Repair & Rebuild sessions. We have more mature aged clientele who are friendly locals & very loyal. We have a team of 6 highly qualified trainers who look forward to having you on board the team. Our timetable is forever evolving so we are definately needing a great trainer to join us and help us grow. Lots of opportunities up for grabs if you're a keen & motivated person.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You'll be a part of a great team, who meet weekly and grow the business together. ‘Team work makes the dream work’. We brainstorm all ideas & make sure we are all on the same page & have fun!
- Attend monthly workshops with the team to help advance your knowledge & career
- PAY NO RENT to work with us, we will take care of that!
- You'll be taking Small Groups and 1on1 sessions
- HOURS are permanent PART TIME, 2 to 3 shifts a week + occasional Saturdays. Once you're on board, we will have lots of work available.
- Opportunities with sales, marketing, wellness retreats, social media.
- No need to bring your own clients, but if you do, of course you will be rewarded generously.
- Your ideas & skills matter.
- We have senior trainers to take you through a mentor program if needed
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- We hope you love Fitness Avenue as much as we do & will be interested in staying with us for the long haul, rather than a short quick fix.
- Trainers are the face & heart of our business so we would love a happy, empathetic, motivated, encouraging person to apply.
- You need to have at least 1 year experience with training clients, we can mentor & coach you if needed.
- You need to have your Cert III & Cert IV Personal Training and a current First Aid & CPR Cert. All other certificates are very welcomed & we will use your skills to the max.
- Do you live locally to Warriewood and drive a car? That would definately help.
