To Begin your Mentoring Program which pays you a retainer of a minimum $300 per week JUST TO LEARN!!

Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions with clients
- Developing customized workout plans tailored to individual goals and fitness levels
- Providing ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients on their fitness journey
- Assisting with gym floor supervision and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements:
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
