Quickfit Health Club - Fairfield is seeking a Personal Trainer

We are seeking a Personal Trainer who is motivated, self-driven and is looking to grow their own personal training business. 

In addition to accessing a constant stream of new leads week-to-week generated through our own marketing, we have a large existing member base full of gym enthusiasts who are ready to achieve their fitness goals through paid personal training.

We support you by:

• Offering you paid hours to showcase your skills while you build up your client base as well as to complete some light duties
• Running small group training sessions to further help you engage with our members
• Minimising rent charges until you're comfortably up & running, and even then rent is minimal
• Providing a new and immaculate gym which our members love to be a part of and where you'll enjoy training yourself
• Rewarding you with a cash bonus for each new member you sign up!

Your potential earning capacity is uncapped and is completely up to you based on your own commitment to how hard you wish to work. 

About the gym

We are a new boutique gym that prides itself on providing an amazing facility and a clean and modern environment for our members.

The gym is fitted out with state-of-the-art equipment including:

• Cardio machines incorporating the latest tech with built in touch screen and training programs
• Full assortment of pin loaded weight training with Technogym equipment
• Functional training area 
• Huge free-weights area with Olympic bars and power racks

Experience, skills and qualifications

To apply for an interview, you must:

• Have previous experience working as a Personal Trainer
• Have Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Have current First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Have proof of insurance
• Be presentable and professional
• Have the ability to follow a successful system
• Be reliable, responsible and proud of your work
• Be extremely personable
