This role will be responsible for building and fostering a strong strategic business relationship with our client at Perth Airport and support the General Manager in the achievement around the contractual management in financial and business growth. A clear understanding of operational performance in terms of service delivery, with a strong focus on exceeding KPI target in the business development and services to the clientThe PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for a range of workforce planning, business and financial management activities including:
- Be comprehensively versed in the contract service requirements and contractual KPI's to ensure consistent delivery in financial demands.
- Be a strategic partner with the client and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Design and review roster and supervise rostering team to ensure effective and efficient resourcing models and shift coverage in line with enterprise agreements, contractual requirements, service levels and KPI's.
- Research and analysis of potential business opportunities & optimisation.
- Prepare and review reports as required and monitor KPI continuously against the target.
- Ensure accountability and contractual compliance of the business by analysing and auditing.
- Perform and manage contract in all events with finance, costing, billing, procurement, and administrative functions.
- Operate and manage relevant computer applications and systems (Kronos and Microsoft Office).
- Support management in other areas of business as part of senior site leadership team.
- 3 years broad based general management experience - preferably in a security or aviation environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Financial Business studies, or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong leadership, commercial and organisational experience.
- Demonstrated high level communication, organizational, and relationship skills.
- Experience in profit and loss management.
- Previous experience using Kronos electronic time keeping system highly desired.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong administrative and computer skills particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions within a regulated environment.
