Position Overview

As a Pharmacist with CDC Warragul, you will play a key role in providing excellent healthcare services to our community. You will support the Pharmacist Manager in delivering on our commitment to the Warragul community, patient care and pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispensing medications and providing accurate medication counseling to patients

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

- Implementing and promoting professional services such as medication reviews, vaccinations, and health screenings

- Contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of innovative pharmacy programs

- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards

- Checking and managing Dose Administration Aids 

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (essential)

- Current and unrestricted registration as a pharmacist AHPRA (essential)

- Vaccination qualified (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
