AddressWe are currently seeking a Nurse Coordinator for a private client located around Queanbeyan, NSW and bordering the ACT.
This client is seeking a permanent candidate for their general practice with the following qualities:
- Seeking a permanent candidate who is invested, motivated and looking for stability.
- A proven candidate with manager experience and people management with references to back this.
- Able to grow the organisation as they are currently managing a team of 4 - 5, but hope to expand to junior nurses and EEN's.
- Quality improvement, running regular 6 - 8 week clinical improvement programs to ensure growth and development.
Key indicators for a successful candidate will be:
- Someone who understands the award and how this affects the team.
- Someone invested in cultural dynamic.
- Someone who can communicate fluidly with staff members, being proactive in actions.
Triage certificate and experience required, client is willing to offer in house training for:
- Ear syringing
- Immunisation certificate
- Cannulation
AHPRA and personal indemnity insurance will be at the cost of the candidate.
