About the Role

Merrylands West Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for a full time, part time or casual registered pharmacist. The position will report to the Pharmacy Owner. This is an opportunity to work as part of an experienced and friendly customer focused team, who offer exceptional service. 

You will be required to work 5 days per week and may involve Saturday morning. Working days are flexible and can be changed if required.

Your role will focus on:

• Dispensing prescriptions using FRED dispense.
• Counselling patients with the optimal and safe use of medication.
• Assisting with customer service queries.
• Processing dispensary orders and assisting in maintaining dispensary inventory.

The successful candidate will possess:

• AHPRA registration.
• Excellent communication skills
• Amazing customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and a level of accuracy suitable for the health industry.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the pharmacy.
• Strong and dedicated work ethics.
• The desire to go above and beyond.
