We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable pharmacist to join our Christies Beach TerryWhite Chemmart team, who pride themselves on exceptional community pharmacy service!

Our pharmacies will soon be providing services that are on the cutting edge of Scope of Practice for our state and they include: 

• Aged care on-site pharmacist role 
• Post Discharge Medicine Service
• Oral Contraception Pill resupply 
• UTI Consultations 
• All 7CPA professional services
• Vaccinations, Health checks, and the list goes on….

TerryWhite Chemmart Christies Compounding and partner Christies Beach Pharmacies have a reputation for professionalism in many aspects of community pharmacy practice. We pride ourselves on our personalized approach to patient care with a special focus on compounding and aged care services.

The Christies compounding store operates 9am-9pm 7 days a week, with a large team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistant/Technicians working throughout the day - averaging approximately 300 prescriptions a day. 

For the right candidate the role can vary from part-time to full time hours, across our multiple stores, providing a dynamic and varied work environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our pharmacy team to foster optimal patient health outcomes
• Engaging in consultations with customers regarding medications, overall health, and wellness
• Dispensing and verifying prescriptions with precision and speed
•  Administering a variety of professional services, such as Covid and Flu Vaccinations (with provided training)
• Overseeing the daily operations of the store under the guidance of the Pharmacist Manager
• Checking Medications going to our aged care facilities

Experience with Minfos or compounding is desirable but not essential as we pride ourselves on developing pharmacists in all aspects of the profession. 

• We will provide opportunities for professional development and training with pathways leading to management or future partnerships if desired.
• Remuneration is appropriate for the role, experience and responsibilities undertaken.
• Flexibility can be provided making our group an attractive opportunity allowing us to work with you on creating a suitable roster and number of hours.
