Pharmacist

We are looking for a Pharmacist who is looking for an opportunity to prove improve upon their skills and experience. Within one of Queensland most loved typical towns, Cairns. Which is supported by a loving community who welcomes new people with open arms much like the staff who support this role. Pay will depend upon experience, varying from $45-60/hr

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Accurate and efficient dispensing and pharmacy services
• Pharmacy Practice Incentives (PPI’s)
• Health Promotions
• Dispensary purchasing and stock control
• Provision of leadership and assistance to all team members
• Competency with FRED dispense software.
• Vaccination qualification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one.

To be successful in applying for this opportunity you will need to have Tertiary qualification with a minimum of a Bachelor of Pharmacy, AHPRA registered, authorization to work in Australia and can demonstrate the following:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence
• Experience in local community pharmacy is essential
• An ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
