We are currently in search of highly motivated and personable candidates to fill either a Full-Time or Part-Time Pharmacist positions. Join our dedicated dispensary team and collaborate closely with our Pharmacist in Charge to achieve outstanding results. Our flexible work hours range from 20 to 38 hours per week, accommodating your lifestyle. Our store operates six days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and the dispensary team to meet and exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous pharmacy improvement.
✅ Cultivate relationships with our valued customers and the local community through effective engagement and communication.
✅ Work harmoniously with the PIC, dispensing technicians, and webster packer as an integral part of the dispensary team.
✅ Deliver high-quality, informed medical advice on the front lines, offering professional support to our clientele.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer's needs are met promptly and effectively.
✅ Thrive in a fast-paced pharmacy environment with a high daily script turnover.
✅ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, connecting with individuals of all ages, genders, nationalities, and religious backgrounds, including fellow staff, customers, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
✓ Tertiary qualification with a minimum of a Bachelor of Pharmacy.
✓ Current AHPRA Pharmacist Registration and authorization to work in Australia.
✓ Competency with FRED dispense software.
✓ Vaccination qualification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one.
✓ A strong passion for community pharmacy.
