About the role
This role involves the provision of high quality Pharmacy Services to the oncology team and patients at Grampians Health. Experience in the provision of oncology Pharmacy Services is desirable.
Remuneration will be award-based according to experience.
Key responsibilities include active contribution to:
- Provision of comprehensive pharmacy oncology services (operational and clinical) on a casual basis
- Delivering a high quality, safe, efficient and effective pharmacy service delivery, ensuring legal requirements, accreditation standards and all relevant policies and guidelines are implemented and adhered to
- Monitoring and managing drug usage to provide a cost-efficient service
- Supporting the enhancement and use of our electronic oncology prescribing platform, Aria®
- Currently hold or be eligible for general registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
- Prior hospital pharmacy experience is preferred

- Essential : Do you hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)? Please detail your registration number.
- Essential : The successful candidate must hold, or be prepared to undergo, an employee Working with Children Check (WWCC). Please advise if you currently hold an employee WWCC, if not are you willing to undergo one?
- Essential : The successful candidate must hold, or be prepared to undergo, a NDIS screening check. Please advise if you currently hold an NDIS screening check and provide your Worker Screening ID if applicable.
