You will be able to enjoy taking on a pivotal role in some of the most beautiful places in Australia. Currently there are roles in Coolalinga and Allenstown. Not only that but all teams are experienced and supportive, making it easy for you to settle in quickly and feel like you are part of something.
Your role will be Monday to Friday with some weekend work. As these are well established pharmacies you will have a strong base of loyal customers who will make you feel at home. You will also be organizing the webster packing service, providing services in vaccinations, staged supply, and meds checks. Plus, as you would be joining a group that has sites around Australia, you will also be able to grow with the group and have the option of moving states.
You will even have the ability to make your weekend rosters flexible so you can have some time to yourself to enjoy the surrounding townships, wineries, fishing and water sports.
If you are a newly qualified pharmacist, I also encourage you to apply, as there will be provisions made for training and support. Make no mistake these are very enjoyable lifestyle roles, but you will be expected to have superior customer service skills.
You will need to be able to show;
- The motivation and ability to provide a community pharmacy environment to customers and staff.
- Ability to drive professional services and compounding.
- Positive and forward-thinking staff management.
- Experience working with medical centers and nursing homes would be a bonus.
