What you'll be doing
To be part of the Pharmacy Department team that provides pharmacy services to CHW and the its inpatient and outpatient population
- Registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions
- Hospital pharmacy experience with a good working knowledge of the use of clinical applications such as the Cerner electronic medicines management system as CHW has full eMM implementation.
- Demonstrable clinical skills including good patient counselling and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to allocate priorities and use initiative where appropriate.
- Experience working as an effective team member.
- Paediatric experience is required to provide high quality pharmacy services to the specialised paediatric cohort at CHW.
