Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art robotic dispensing system.
- Providing expert advice and counseling to patients on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Conducting medication reviews and offering medication management services to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administering vaccinations and educating patients on immunization schedules and vaccine efficacy.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and participating in multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Dispensing Compounded medications according to physician prescriptions and patient needs, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to the pharmacy's growth and success through active participation in professional development, training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
- Registered pharmacist with APHRA
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical practice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care.
