Position Overview: Pharmacy for Life is seeking a passionate and driven Pharmacist Manager who is eager to embrace the full scope of practice and is interested in ownership opportunities. As the Pharmacist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our pharmacy team, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Provide patient-centered care, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and health screenings.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy services and optimize patient outcomes.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of  Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• AHPRA registered and able to work unsupervised in Australia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community pharmacy practice, with previous managerial or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staff management, and prescription dispensing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to pursue ownership opportunities.
