You will To deliver high level clinical pharmacy services within the Cancer Care Service as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/ customers of Queensland Health. Providing leadership and deliver high level client focussed pharmacy services to patients in the cancer care service of Cairns and affiliated Tele-Health sites.
