About the Role
- Collaborate on and undertake the development of evidence-based clinical practices, policies and protocols within the MH HITH and other MSH AMHS teams as directed by the Pharmacist Team Leader – Mental Health or Clinical Director of Addiction Services.
- Utilise knowledge and skills in the area of Mental Health clinical pharmacy to contribute to evidence-based reviews, outcome measures and reporting of key performance indicators.
- Assist in the identification, development, implementation and/or review of clinical practices, procedures and protocols in work areas using the principles of evidence based practice under the guidance of senior staff.
