We are seeking a part-time Pharmacist to join a fast-paced community pharmacy with a focus on patient care positioned in a rapid growth corridor just an hour from Melbourne. This pharmacy has a Gollman dispensing robot and an Alpaca packing robot to maximise efficiencies, meaning the pharmacists have more time to focus on patient care which is our highest priority. The pharmacist would have support from a large close-knit team.

Duties include forward dispensing, patient counselling, management of professional services including Medschecks, immunisations etc, assistance with nursing home dispensing and DAA checking as the pharmacy is currently looking after 600 patients that they pack for.

• You hold a current unrestricted pharmacist registration with AHPRA
• You are friendly and social to match the customer base
• You are resilient and have the ability to work under pressure
• You are willing to learn new things and offer up new ideas
• You work well in a fast-paced team environment
• You have FRED dispense knowledge ideal but can be taught.

Same with immunisation qualifications.

• You have strong leadership and communication skills would be beneficial as the pharmacy has a large team that look to the pharmacist for leadership
• Newly registered pharmacists are encouraged to apply as the team has a large amount of experience already that are happy to pass on their knowledge and support
