About the role:
Reporting to the supportive management team, you will provide service and assistance to customers at the back counter and front of shop. Deliver outstanding customer service to build and maintain professional customer relationships. Full-time position available at Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse Baldivis. Weekend work may be included.
Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service in the front of shop and on the front counter;
- Process cash and wrap sales;
- Assist the team with putting out stock;
- Work with the team to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services;
- Manage expectations of our valuable customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail and customer service experience;
- Community pharmacy experience preferred;
- S2/S3 certificate is needed;
- Dispense skills preferred;
- Eftpos, point of sale and cash handling experience essential;
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
