We are looking for a person to work Thursday and Saturday, as well as on call to fill in for staff on leave. The person we seek will be equally passionate about helping their community and want to make a difference while growing their career.
About the Role
Our experienced team will support you in providing outstanding customer care and building quality relationships with existing and new customers. Using your excellent customer service and communication skills you will:
- receive and handle prescriptions
- accurately and quickly dispense medications
- enter dispensary administration data
- refer customers to the pharmacist
- assist customers with their health needs via phone and instore
- assist in front of shop and on the service desk
- prepare Webster-paks®
- maintain the professional presentation of the store
About You
You will have dispensary experience and:
- relevant dispensary qualifications or Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy
- FRED Dispense
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- the ability to deal with customers in a fast-paced environment
- be organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- be professional with a strong sense of confidentiality and privacy
Webster-pak® experience would be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided and supported by our dispensary team.
