ThePharmacy is looking for a dynamic and innovative Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a FULL TIME basis. The store is located in the heart of Leichhardt. The key aspects of this role would involve, point of sale, pricing, marketing and promotions liaisons and store support. As a member of our team, you will work alongside the Pharmacist in Charge to lead our busy team in the effective operation of the pharmacy.

ThePharmacy is an independently owned bricks and mortar pharmacy and a fast paced online pharmacy. Our store offers customers a comprehensive range of baby, health, beauty and medicinal products, and we offer many services, such as vaccinations, baby weigh & blood pressure checks. We aim to maintain high levels of professional services and advice and provide continuous training to all our staff members.
Selection Criteria:
The successful applicant must possess the following:
Competency using various computer applications including Office;
Attention to detail;
The ability to lead and motivate staff;
Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to think quickly.
Have a strong work ethic
Are able to work independently on site without supervision.
Effective communication, organisation and time management skills
Your key responsibilities will include (and are not limited to):
Manage and Maintain all POS functions for all stores using the Fred Office management system.
Create new stock cards for all new lines.
Maintain Regular communication with company suppliers.
Assist in setting up promotional and catalogue pricing in the POS system.
Review and Set pricing for all products and ranges in conjunction with the Buyer and Company Director.
Develop strong working relationships with the pharmacies, Owners, and team members.
