We are seeking an experienced retailer keen to build a career in pharmacy.
Flexibility to assist on weekends is necessary and to work together as a team covering annual leave etc.

Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting (preferred)
- Familiarity with pharmacy software FRED or Z Office, Z Dispense, and Z Register, is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and assisting them in finding products.
- Process prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist, including receiving, entering data, and labelling.
- Assist in the sale of over-the-counter medicines, supplements, and other health-related products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and patient information using pharmacy software.
- Stock shelves and ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Perform cash handling duties, including operating the cash register, processing payments, and balancing the till.
- Assist in the maintenance of the pharmacy's inventory by ordering, receiving, and storing products.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and pharmacy protocols, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to provide efficient and effective pharmacy services.
- Work closely with our retail manager to implement initiatives in our growing pharmacy
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends.

- Assist in dispensary and taking scripts in and out (training provided)
- Pharmacy experience required
- Previous dispensing experience preferred
- S2/S3 accreditation preferred
- Current Australian Drivers License
- First Aid and CPR Certificate desirable
- Be flexible around rosters and assisting with extra shifts our pharmacies are open 5.5 days a week
