AddressReporting to the Head of Apex Operations, you will be responsible, on behalf of each Pharmacy Owner, for the effective management of a group of 10 pharmacies located across Victoria. This is a diverse role dedicated to supporting the operation of each Apex Pharmacy, with the end-to-end accountability for people, product, service, professional compliance and financial performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Generates store specific ideas and recommendations to aid in growing members business and increasing efficiency
- End to end profit and loss management
- Ensure plans are in place to achieve agreed financial benchmarks and pharmacy board compliance
- Providing business coaching for pharmacy leaders and team members
- Advising and assisting members to improve their instore customer experience, health outcomes and sales
- 5 years + experience managing a medium to large team in retail, big box, and/or franchise environment
- Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills, we want you to bring your team on the journey with us
- Attention to detail to monitor standards and performance
- Well-developed business/financial acumen
- High-level skills in P&L analysis and ability to interpret data and recommend actions to improve business performance
- Ability to interact with and most importantly engage with all levels of management from store to executive level
- Ability to undertake a regular mix of metro and regional travel, averaging 5 - 7 nights away from home a month and periodic interstate travel.
