Pharmacy Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence in community pharmacy. 

As the Business Development Manager (BDM) for Medmate Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and developing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and creating and executing effective sales strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in Business Development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community pharmacy teams.
• Daily travel for pharmacy in-store training and relationship management. 
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.  

• Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry dynamics. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. 
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities. 
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
