An exciting opportunity has become available at our Priceline Sandgate Pharmacy. We are looking for an outstanding Retail Manager to lead, motivate an inspire the team.
Our Retail Managers are integral to the ongoing success of our business. As a member of our management team, you will work alongside the Pharmacist Manager and, Operations Manager, and Head Office support staff to lead our busy team in the effective operation of the pharmacy. This is a full-time role.
Selection Criteria:
The successful applicant must possess the following:
· A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Retail Manager;
· Proven ability to lead and motivate staff;
· Working with and achieving key performance indicators;
· An established track record of attaining financial outcomes;
· Ability to coordinate staff and rostering requirements in accordance with wage percentage targets;
· Experience managing staff performance;
· Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment;
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office;
· Certificate III or above in Community Pharmacy preferred but not essential.
