We have an opportunity for a motivated, customer focused and community minded individual to join our team in the role of Retail Manager assisting with the front of shop and dispensary area.  Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance.

The Team is small but extremely experienced and have a strong Team first culture within the Pharmacy, with a passion for delivering the best experience for our customers each and every time. 

👔 The Role:

• Position: Pharmacy Assistant
• Location: Bray Park QLD 4500
• Working Hours: Full-time  
• Roster: Monday - Friday (38 hrs)

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain store’s budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
• Monitoring stock levels and purchases to stay within budget.
• Dealing with customer complaints to maintain the store’s reputation.
• Inspecting store areas and resolving any issues that might arise.
• Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays.
• Keeping abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers are greeted and served with a smile
• Working in the front of shop area and S2S3 counter 
• Continually learning about new products and keeping up-to-date with in store promotions
• Working as part of the Priceline team to ensure all customers gain 'the best' pharmacy experience
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and the Priceline family!

About You

• Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills
• Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player among a large team
• Caring, honest and reliable nature
• Confident and self-motivated
• Experience in as a Pharmacy Retail Manager preferred
• Current S2/S3 certificate 
• Can communicate effectively with all types of customers
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills
