We are an award-winning Retail Pharmacy group with two medium-sized Priceline Pharmacy stores and a new store opening in mid 2024. This job is best suited to candidates who have previously been a Priceline Pharmacy Retail Manager. With a focus on customer satisfaction and a dedication to the well-being of staff and consumers alike, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Pharmacy Area Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Mentor, develop, and support pharmacy retail staff across 2 locations with an additional store expected in 2024
· Foster a culture of accountability and growth, encouraging and engaging pharmacy staff to achieve their professional goals.
· Deliver on key financial and performance indicators of the pharmacy business.
· Develop and implement strategic approaches to achieve and exceed benchmarks.
· Ensure adherence against budgets, particularly wage budgets.??
· Manage and exceed all Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) requirements.
· Manage the hiring process from advertising to interviews and candidate selection as well as onboarding processes
· Handling of human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution
· Maintain accurate and detailed records, including documenting meetings, discussions and important decisions.
Requirements:
· Demonstrable experience in Retail Pharmacy Management, with a focus on problem-solving and customer experience (preferred)
· Knowledge of Human resource practices and employment laws.
· Familiarity with pharmacy operations and regulations.
· Thorough understanding of financial/business metrics and the ability to develop successful business strategies.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
· Effective communication and problem-solving skills
· Goal-oriented with a passion for seeing others succeed.
· Ready to take on the challenge of managing multiple stores.
