ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We have an incredible opportunity for a full-time creative person to join our Marketing team. 

Experience & technical skill in professional photography & videography is essential. 

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for capturing & editing stunning images of real estate properties, showcasing their unique features and appeal. 

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical expertise in photography and videography along with a passion for delivering exceptional results. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Photography: Harness your expertise in photography to capture high-quality images of real estate properties, accentuating their distinctive features and characteristics. Employ your skills to create visually appealing photographs of both interiors and exteriors, effectively showcasing the property's unique selling points.
• Eye for detail: Utilise your discerning eye for detail to make adjustments to staging and presentation as needed. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in decluttering and refining elements within the frame to present properties in their optimal condition.
• Client Interaction: Engage professionally with clients, including real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders, throughout each shoot. Uphold the reputation of our brand by fostering positive interactions and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the process.
• Timely Delivery: Effectively manage your workload to guarantee the prompt delivery of tasks. Meet agreed-upon deadlines with consistency and precision, exceeding expectations by delivering exceptional results in a timely manner.

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a talented and experienced photographer with a passion for real estate, a commitment to excellence, and a natural inclination to a growth mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in real estate photography, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in photography equipment and techniques, with the ability to produce consistently high-quality results.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and composition, ensuring every image and video meets our exacting standards of quality.
• Client Focus: A client-centric approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact and build rapport with clients.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing environments and challenging situations, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.

The successful applicant must have experience with-

High quality

• Real Estate Photography
• Real Estate Videography
• Measuring and sketching floorplans
• Drone photography and video, proficient drone piloting skills, including current CASA accreditation

And requires 

• Proficiency in photo and video editing software 

Desirable

• Knowledge and experience with all social media platforms
• Graphic Design skills

Own equipment is preferred and Current Drivers license is essential
