This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail. Passion for capturing the essence of luxury properties with blue chip wealth creation and renovation potential. You'll be instrumental in showcasing our portfolio of properties through stunning visuals that reflect our brand's commitment to quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality photographic and video content for marketing purposes, including property listings, promotional materials, and social media.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and storytelling techniques that highlight the unique features of each property.
- Go to properties before, during, and after building and renovation phases. To successfully capture clips and stills of each assigned property when required.
- Fulfil each post-production assignment process, including editing photo and video deliverables to meet our brand standards. This also includes the need for graphic design elements.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of all photographic and video assets as per company standard and direction.
- Proven experience in photography and videography, preferably in the real estate or similar industry.
- Proficiency in photo editing and graphic design software using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom).
- Proficiency in video editing software DaVinci Resolve Studio.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between Newcastle/Hunter and Greater Sydney as required.
- Using your own equipment (if owned) is strongly advised. Including but not limited to mirrorless cameras, lenses, flashes, tripods, and an editing laptop.
