Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Locum Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum basis. As a Physiotherapist in our aged care facility, you will play a crucial role in improving the mobility, functionality, and quality of life of our residents. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and co-operative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' physical capabilities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to residents' needs and goals.
• Implementing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Providing education and guidance to residents and their families on exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize residents' overall well-being.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
