The Role

• Working as an In-Home Physiotherapist, you will be providing physiotherapy care for older adults and people living with a disability in our community.  Your level of care will help ensure our clients can live as independently as possible in their own homes. The main treatment provided will be for a range of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and neurological conditions. 
• Working closely with our referrers to ensure that our clients get the best outcomes is paramount.  You will be working with a wide range of Aged Care and NDIS providers which ensures a varied caseload. 
• Planning and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that Physiotherapy services are delivered in line with company vision and best clinical practice.
• Assisting with projects which improve clinical practice and service delivery.

About the Role:

• Applicants of all experience levels are considered, including new graduates, who will benefit from our new graduate onboarding program.
• Experience will determine your salary package, ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 pro rata, including base salary, bonuses, and entitlements (based on qualifications).
• Access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, and world-class external paid mentors.
